As a recent sick person I suggest getting the kids sick also. It is easier to lay on the couch if the kids are passed out on Children’s Tylenol.
I agree with Whit…plus their immune systems will be stronger in the end anyway!!!
Oh, I hate to laugh, but the image in my head that you just described is rather funny. I hope you feel better soon and bring order back to your home. Look on the bright side, at least they are old enough to fetch you the remote and some tissues. Some of us aren’t that lucky.
Hi - hope you’re feeling better soon. And I hope that the twins don’t get too comfortable in their new roles. It will be harder to oust them when you’re back on your feet. You’d better cough in their general direction as much as you can.
You lucky girl. At last, you can legitimately get high on Nyquil and Tylenol PM, and eat lots of cakes to keep your energy up and watch trashy tv all day. Enjoy!!

i too vote for making the peons…erm, kids…sick too. then they get fuzzy about their home rule intentions and are satisfied with a mere mini-parliament of cookies and such.
