I too would love to have a "friendly" containment contraption to keep the kids in at night, but how about a piece of clothing that is escape proof too? My 2yr old LOVES to be naked, anywhere, anytime!!! got any ideas for that, I'd sure love to hear them!!

Oh how I don't miss those days. I'd go for the kennel. I hated the worry and not knowing if I'd hear them if they were into things. My ds went outside in the snow one morning. Frightened me half to death.

Good luck!!

My sister-in-law used some weird tent thing that caged the kids in their crib. I'm going to borrow that when my time comes.

When my son started escaping from the crib prematurely, I took wax paper and waxed the rails. Then I made sure he always had socks on while in the crib. Then I drilled holes below the lowest notches and lowered the mattress a bit more.

I was desperate. But I like the cage, too.

I vote for the Terrific Toddler Trampoline Sleeper! Honestly, though, mine likes to sleep on the floor, on his big sheepskin softy, and has never yet wandered the house or been rowdy after hours (or before hours). If the day comes, though! I'm going for the trampoline idea.

I have the opposite problem. My son (5 1/2) will NOT get out of his bed. He stays in there and plays until we get him out. Oh, how I wish he would go downstairs with his big sister on Saturday mornings and watch TV like he should. Mommy would like to sleep in for the first time in almost nine years.

Yes, young Flava Ave has begun slinging her leg over the top of her crib saying "I need to get down NOW Mommy. Now, Now, Now."

No. Not now. You need to stay put. Mommy's orders, pretty please....

I'm not looking forward o the day our Sammy can get out of his cot and run riot... although hopefully (I'd like to think) that as my three year old will be older by then, he'll be able to keep Sam in line while I do other things (like sleep ;) )

Wonderful product names!

Does it come in a range of colors? You know, Crabtot loves orange.
It would be perfectly adorable with a fairy-princess-style net slung over the top (or inside).
