Small Miracles

Did you know there’s such a thing as a crib tent? It’s a “safety device” and it keeps little toddlers right where they should be kept — in a CRIB until they’re a teenager!!

I officially now believe in God…

In other news, more Rugrat Reprieve over at Imperfect Parent today…

wow, I’ve got to get msyelf one of those! I wonder if I could convince my pre-schooler to go back to sleeping in a cot too…

What else we need, is something so after they’ve escaped from the bed… someting so they can’t get into the parental bed! I was thinking lasers and barbed wire… but not really practical enough for our little room. ;)

Why do they always invent the cool stuff just AFTER I could’ve used it?!!

I wish I had one of these when my 17 year old son was a baby. That boy could climb out of his crib before he was a year old…

We have one and I’ve loaned it out a gazillion times. I should have been charging. We actually got it not because our baby was an escape artist but because she loved the game of throwing her pacifier out of the crib to the tune of 30 times a night. I was a desperate and exhausted mom so I put a tent over the top and a banister net around the crib. Put a stop to her paci throwing days. Exhausted moms can be quite resourceful!

I should have bought a crib tent so I didn’t have to lay on the floor by son’s toddler bed. Ugh.

Thanks for the nice comment on my blog - and congratulations on your journey!
